The New Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center is located just off Interstate 94 and LaPorte Rd near New Buffalo, Michigan. The gleaming tower of thirteen floors will attract people from all over the tri-state area. The hotel consists of 250 hotel rooms, 30 hotel suites, one restaurant, two bars, swimming pool, fitness center and conferencing center.

As one approaches from the Interstate, the tower grows out of the surrounding topography with a natural façade articulated with window apertures, creating a dynamic identity to the complex. As the building wraps around the central atrium space, it turns into a gleaming tower of glass that orients the hotel towards the lake. Terraced suites step back as the building rises out of vegetation below, framing fascinating views towards Lake Michigan and the stunning summer sunsets. On the ninth floor a large public terrace holds a swimming pool, just above the tree line below. Surrounding this space is a bar/restaurant and fitness center. This becomes a three season space for day and evening gatherings.

Highlighting the interior is a dynamic atrium space that grows from the ground floor to the top floor. Contained at the base of the atrium is an active bar/lounge area that creates a lively, comfortable environment for guests of all ages, and a natural meeting area for all guest conventioneers. This creates an image and identity for the hotel that will follow the guests long after they leave.
